This lounge is clean and relaxing. It did fill up after a while, but it is much larger than some of the other lounges. Danielle is an excellent bartender. She knows how to make travelers relax and crack a smile. They had a good selection of inclusions (food and drinks) and a upgrades available for a small fee.

I never leave reviews, but I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t mention how great my experience was today. This lounge is lovely! Clean, spacious, accessible to all, and the staff is amazing. Only recommendation I would give is expand/elaborate the food options. The best part… the staff, all of them. So friendly, so helpful, so personable. Especially Danielle! I had just come in from a long day of flight delays, cancellations and reschedules and she was so amazing it made me forget about all the prior stress. She truly is an asset to the lounge!

The Plaza Premium Lounge left me with a positive impression. It's a clean, comfortable, and spacious space, creating a relaxing atmosphere for travelers. While the food may not be the highlight, the bar and staff more than make up for it. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the bar offerings are impressive, making this lounge a great choice for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable pre-flight experience.

First time at this lounge and it was incredible. Compared to the other lounges at this airport, this one was more spacious than I was expecting. Plenty of comfortable seating options. The lounge is basically split into two areas. The first area you encounter after heading upstairs is an area to sit and relax and watch tv looks like it was meant to entertain the little ones. The second area has the bar, food and windows that overlook both the tarmac/and the terminal. Great views! The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. Visited on a Wednesday around noon and not too many people were there. The bartenders and staff were friendly. Food options were decent overall! They had Shepard pie and chicken Alfredo pasta. There was also the option to purchase burgers, spring rolls and mozzarella sticks. Great place to go before your flight. 5 ⭐️ all the way.

Danielle our bartender was OUTSTANDING!!! Her personality was charming, so friendly, so professional, she made our time go by so fast, we felt like we were home !!! She made our experience so amazing!! The front desk staff was amazing too ! Check in process was very easy . The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, the food we ordered from the menu was really good and the drinks that Danielle made were spectacular!! 5 stars service all the way!!

After a delayed flight, I was looking for a good lounge to spend a couple of hours. I was in Terminal B, and even though security told me Terminal C was quite far, I decided to give it a try as the lounge looked really nice. I’m SO glad I did! Especially for the busy-ness of terminal B, it only took me about 15 min to get through the terminal and security was empty. The lounge is clean, bar is beautiful, and the bartender Danielle couldn’t have been more sweet and welcoming (she even remembered my name!). Very happy with this lounge - will be back!!

I have frequently stopped in to the lounge this year. Nice place to relax. Jessica and Claudia are the best bartenders ever. So friendly and welcoming, making you feel relaxed with a good glass of wine or cocktail.

Nice bright space with 2 large open rooms, one geared towards families and one with a large bar. Seats are comfortable but not all have power points. Complimentary food choices are limited, chicken and rice, pasta bolognese, soup and some stir fry vegetables. Chicken took a long time to be replaced after it was empty and I found a hair in the pasta. Other choices are cookies, very limp salad and small bowls with a few pieces of melon. There are a couple of coffee machines, soda and a selection of teas. There are additional food choices for a charge such as burgers and fries. Alcohol choice is good but only 1 of each kind is complimentary and the rest have a charge. If you have free access to this lounge then it’s fine, if you’re paying then it’s probably not worth it.
